To ensure the meaningful assessment of candidates’ qualifications, we use the skills navigation tool COMPRO+®. This is based on the requirements relevant to the job and the evaluation process can include subjective self-assessment as well as external assessments by colleagues, managers and customers.

COMPRO+® forms a skills profile in the following four areas:
