Four instruments are available for carrying out personality analyses:

  • 16 personality factors test (16PF-R)
  • DISG® personality profile
  • Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI)
  • Bochum inventory for career-related personality description (BIP)

  • Complete the questionnaire – online, on the computer or in hardcopy format
  • Several-page evaluation, with conclusion, recommendation and personality profile
  • Discussion of the evaluation
  • Advice on specific optimisation options
